Terms of Use

Effective 12 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Noor Island ("the app"), provided by KUDZO COMPUTER PROGRAMMING COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Parents and guardians must accept them on behalf of their child. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to the iOS version, and the Google Play Terms of Service to the Android version. If they conflict with these terms on a point they cover, they prevail.

2. Who may use the app

The app is made for children aged 6 to 11 to use with a parent or guardian's supervision. You must be an adult to buy a subscription, change settings in the Parent area or accept these terms.

3. What the app is, and is not

Noor Island is a practice companion for memorizing and reviewing the Quran. It does not teach tajweed rules or replace a qualified Quran teacher. The recitation feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong, including marking a correct word as wrong or the reverse. Do not treat it as a religious ruling or an assessment of anyone's recitation.

Quran text and recitation are provided from third-party sources listed in the app (Parent area, About). We take care with accuracy, but please report any error to support@quranpalace.com.

4. Free and paid content

Five surahs (Al-Fatihah, An-Naba, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas) are free. The rest is available with the Noor Island Family subscription, a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the store in your local currency before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

If a subscription ends, nothing your child has grown is deleted. Paid surahs pause until it renews, and the free surahs keep working. In-app items such as Noor, seeds and decorations have no cash value and cannot be bought with money or transferred.

5. Your responsibilities

Keep the Parent area gate private, supervise your child's use, and set a daily time limit that suits your family.

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Our rights

The app, its art, characters (including Hudhud), sounds and code belong to us or our licensors and are licensed to you, not sold. You may use them only as part of the app for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party components keep their own licences (see About in the app).

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop parts of the app, including adding or removing districts and surahs from the paid plan, with reasonable notice where we can. The app is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be error-free or always available.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, or for the accuracy of automatic feedback. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you have where you live.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information, and forms part of these terms.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell parents in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Contact: KUDZO COMPUTER PROGRAMMING COMPANY LIMITED, Wasfi al Tal st. Khalda, Amman, Jordan, support@quranpalace.com.
